Provide us a complete, system-generated Good Faith Estimate, listing a specific lender’s name and dated the same day as our rate quote so we can verify the accuracy of the rate and fees listed. If your Estimate indicates an equivalent or lower interest rate and closing cost package for the same loan program as offered by us, we will beat that lender’s loan payment or their total costs OR pay you $300 when you close with that lender and provide us with a copy of the signed Note and final HUD-1 Settlement Statement showing the rate and terms honored, GUARANTEED!
